All the employees were super helpful and knowledgable. Brenda and Emilia were awesome and made sure that got I the best shoe possible. I did the Foot ID scan and it helped out so much! Would highly recommend this shop for someone who doesn't know exactly what they want and needs some great guidance.

That's a fantastic sneaker store; it's an excellent place to find the perfect fit and receive expert care. The staff is wonderful; Chris was particularly helpful. Their foot technology ensures you get the right shoe, and the staff expertly guides you to the perfect pair. This time, I received a lovely pair of Brooks. I took the time to get a good fit shoe due to my previous pelvic surgery and needed to make sure it would help with hip mobility and recovery. Walking alot and trying to get back to more workouts.

We had the best sneaker expert, Stefan, help us with picking the best walking sneakers ranging from Brooks and Asics. The machine that analyzes the foot is ingenious. With the help of Stefan I was able to select the most comfortable sneaker for my needs, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25. Ditch going to a local box store selling older models with dried up heel and toe foam foot beds.

An amazing shopping experience! Axel was incredibly helpful and patient. Answered all of my questions and provided wonderful customer service. It felt so great to be invited to all their upcoming events. As someone that is not a runner, I still felt so welcomed and embraced! I will absolutely be back as I love my new shoes!

Have gone here a couple times over the years due to a recommendation from a friend and have loved my experiences! Staff is always patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate they never try to up sell you and are just trying to fit you with the best shoe/merch. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!

Had a really incredible experience here. The idea of a traditional shoe/sneaker store is a lost art... Love to see that it's still alive and well. Riona was awesome. Super knowledgeable. Very patient and helpful. Did not try too hard to sell any particular shoe, rather the one that i was most comfortable with and liked. Looking forward to coming and back and recommending this shop in the future.

I visited today to get my first pair of true running shoes because my husband has been a customer here for a while. Mary helped both of us find the right fit today, and her knowledge is truly impressive. We really appreciated that she didn't just push the most expensive options; she was thoughtful and honest with her suggestions for both of us. We both left very happy—highly recommend seeing Mary and visiting Fleet Feet, Montclair store for your running gear.

I went to Fleet Feet based on a recommendation from a friend. I have recently been suffering with a heel spur & plantar fasciitis. I could not be happier & more appreciative of the service I received. A 3D scan of my feet was done and reviewed along with a conversation about my concerns and activity. John then proceed to bring out shoes according to my needs. He checked/reviewed every pair of shoes for fit and comfort. I never felt rushed nor pushed and there was absolutely no attempt to up sell. Every staff member was helpful, kind, and courteous. I'm so happy I went to Fleet Feet! I will be a returning customer.

To be clear, I hate running. I hate running because I’m not good at it. I’m not good at it because I don’t do it enough, and if I do run, it’s for charity or someone is chasing me. So knowing there was a whole store dedicated to it was beyond me. But I was gifted a pair of real running shoes, and this is where they took me. Little did I know I stepped into a whole new world. I was greeted by Paul, the Google of running shoes. Not only did he take the time (and it was a lot of it) to go over all the different brands and styles with me, but he ensured I left not only satisfied, but with a new outlook on running. He helped me find my perfect fit and brand (Diadora) and even though I’d say I’m still not the biggest fan of running, Paul and Fleet Fleet made me dislike it a little less. Turns out I didn’t hate running as much as I thought. I just needed the right footwear. So if you’re new to running and not sure where to start…walk, skip, or jog to Fleet Feet. And before you know it, you’ll be voluntarily signing up for 5k’s too. Thank you Paul!!

I can’t believe it took 3 years of living in Montclair to step into this store! After buying and returning 3 pairs of shoes online.. I decided to stop into fleetfeet for a scan and hopefully leave with a pair of shoes that fit. Not only did I find shoes that fit.. but I had endless options!! Thank you John for taking the time to help me out. Greatly appreciated. Make shoe buying easy! Come to fleet feet in Montclair!!!!
